Having been a single lady for many years, I often found that when I went to a service location for my vehicle, the owners/staff would often try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. I think often they felt I was “just another female who was ignorant of the mechanics,” and they could put something over on me. This was NEVER the case at your shop.
